abundant fresh ingredients of Shakotan's sea and mountain.One of our chiefs
was inherited the great taste and technique of Shakotan Shore Cuisine,and also
experienced in cooking for 15 years in U.S.Thus the master chef established his
own cooking style,which is mixed Japanese and Western.He makes luxury
ingredients transform into more heavenly dishes.

(fermented soybean paste)on the fish and grill on a gridiron,Enjoy eating
